Felet var orsakat av en central router hos Tele2 som havererade.
Onsdag 02:51 Vi har fått klarrapport ifrån Tele2. De meddelar att felet i Internetkommunikationen är åtgärdat, och att förbindelsen är stabil igen.
Onsdag 01:03 Kommunikationen har börjat fungera igen. Vi ser i övervakningen att tjänster börjar starta upp eftersom.
Tisdag 16:00 Tele2 har återkopplat. Felsökning pågår fortfarande.Dom väntar på ytterliggare leverans av kommunikationsutrustning. CoreIT kommunikationsteam forsätter att manuellt flytta över tjänster mot Telia,dom jobbar i skift med det inatt. Vår uppskattning är att Tele2 förbindelsen inte är tillbaka tills 07:00 imorgon bitti.
Tisdag 15:00 Tele2 jobbar fortfarande på problemet. Det är en omfattande störning i hela Västernorrland. Även tjänster hos en annan ISP Telenor är påverkade.

Tisdag 07:00 Tele2 har inte lyckas lösa problemet. Det är ett kommunikationskort som behöver bytas ut. Nytt kort är på väg.Tele2 kan ej svara på hur länge det tar.En grov gissning ifrån våran sida är att Tele2 länken kommer att vara nere fram till lunch. Vissa funktioner lyfter vi över till annan lina. Vissa funktioner kommer att gå trögt då bandbredden inte är som normalt.
Måndag natt CoreIT kommunikationstekniker fortsätter att manuellt flytta tjänster till Telia Lina, det är en komplex process och tar tid
Måndag 20:40 Tele2 meddelar att dom inte har någon uppskattad åtgärdstid.
Måndag 17:57 Förbindelse nere, varpå felanmälan gjordes till Tele2 18:00.
(Situationen just nu är att Tele2 skickat ut tekniker för att felsöka deras felande utrustning och hela vårat kommunikationsteam jobbar med att flytta över möjliga kopplingar till fungerande länkar)

We are still experiencing issues with our communications link from our ISP Tele2.
The incident occurred around 17:57 and a ticket was created with our ISP at 18:00.
The current situation is that the ISP has sent out technicians to troubleshoot their equipment and our entire communications team is working to move affected connections over to functioning links.
20:40 Tele2 informed us that they have no estimated time for solving this issue.
07:00 Tele2 has not been able to solve the problem. They are going to change a communication card. the new one is on its way.Tele2 can’t estimate how long time it takes. We guess that it can take until 12:00 , Some functions can we move over to other lines. Some functions will go slower when the bandwidth is not normal.
09:20 There still is problems with Tele2 internetline. We Have updated the Telia Internet line and are moving services and functions to that line. Some functions will go slower when the bandwidth is not normal.
10:57 Outgoing e-mails through hosted exchange is rerouted and are working.

15:00 Tele2 is still working on the issue and it has big effect in the whole county of Västernorrland. Estimated finish time is 17:00. Another ISP Telenor has also big problem with their networks.
16:00 Tele2 has given us information. They are still working with the problem. They are wating on delivery of more communication equipment. CoreIT communication team continues to manually move over services to Telia Internet line. We will have persons working all night with that. Our estimate is that Tele2 connection will not be up and running before 07:00 tomorrow.
Wednesday 01:03 Communication has started to work again.We see in our monitoring that services are starting up one after the other.
Wednesday 02:51 We have got a OK report from Tele2.They have replaced all faulty parts and the internet line is up and running again and are stable again.
CoreIT: The most of the things are now working as normal. But we have some work to restore to original settings. You may see some minor disturbance during the day. The error was caused by a hardware error on Tele2 central router.
