New functionality has been includen into the system called HelpIT.
New version HelpIT
CoreIT has recently released a new version of the Service Desk Management system HelpIT. This to improve for our existion customers and users and also make it more attractive for new customers.
Examples of new functions:
- Impoved workflow when registering new cases
- Expanded administration possibilities of contacts
- Better printing/reporting possibilities of cases or views
- FAQ searchability
- Outlook plugin for easy registration of cases by e-mail
- Better persmission handling of project cues
- Cost handling, customer numbers, project ID:s on cases
With ITIL methods as a platform, HelpIT is a useful tool for services desks in different areas, but with IT in focus.
